#Ukraine/#Russia 🇺🇦🇷🇺: Modified Leopard 2A4 in service with the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the 20th Army Corps. The tank has been fitted with Kontakt-1 ERA blocks on the front and sides of the turret, as well as on the sides of the hull. It is also now equipped with a large anti-drone cage protecting the turret. The Leopard 2A4 tanks of the 33rd Brigade were previously also equipped with EW jammers, so it is possible that these are located on the turret beneath the cage and are simply not visible.

BREAKING NEWS: In the past hours, Turkey has delivered military vehicles to Mogadishu intended for the 33rd Battalion of the Gorgor Commando Forces of the Somali National Army.

Can anyone recommend good sources and images of Turkish security and military vehicles from operations against PKK militants solely inside Turkey and Northern Iraq? Syria gets a decent coverage, vehicles used on the border and inside Turkish cities not so much from quick search.

@BuschModelar There is not any official/unofficial source. You can find some photos using facebook. In FB, there are groups established by those who have done their military service and they may send some photos but you have to dig the FB pages hardly... good luck

@grimm_jean6958 Yes, please, that'd be awesome! I'm actually aware the conflict is no longer ongoing, as it ended officialy last year with disarmament of PKK, I was just curious what sort of vehicles were used and the various improvisations that stemmed from the prolonged counter-insurgency.

@BuschModelar There is barely, if any, operations against the pkk inside turkey or abroad. You are a few years late, as turkish security forces posted heavily on Twitter without any considerations regarding opsec, basically a mecca for osint accounts. I‘ ll still take a look if you want.
