Advice please. Graduated my nursing degree in December. I’m wanting to go into Medicine and be a paediatric doctor. I’ve found the course at Chester for Graduate entry medicine. Has anyone ever done this. I meet the entry requirements. #medicine #graduateentry

Finished my placement hours 1 year ago. Fast forward to today, I’ve been accepted into a L1 critical care course. I love my job 🥰

POSCU (Paediatric Oncology Shared Care Unit) training done. Time to starting signing off the CVAD skills. Did not think I’d be signed off IVs, done my PILS, Applying for critical care course and now CVADs this time last year.

Applied for a critical care masters module and I’m nervous. Waiting game to see if I’m accepted ❤️. Time to advance my skills after 10 month on the ward ❤️

6 months in to my 1st year as a registered nurse and I’m loving it ❤️. Some days are hard but my team are amazing and make me realise I’m in this job for the right reasons❤️

Newly qualified life if hard, but today I signed off my 5th and final IV via continuous infusion🥰. Just x3 more bolus IVs to complete to be fully signed off of both ❤️

@Ryanair emailed to cancel my flight this morning. Requested refund and booked with @easyJet who were £100 cheaper and then get an email saying the cancellation was a mistake. Thank god my refund was processed before this “mistake” was noticed or I’d be £300 down

@NelloStillKnows @Ryanair Same here but I requested a refund straight away and luckily not stuck with x2 sets of flights now

Bloody @Ryanair - cancelled the flights last night for Feb. Had to rebook us all on another flight with a different airline. Now, flight been reinstated and can't cancel my other flight. What a time to be alive.

@Ryanair please tell me you’ll have alternative flights this week. The only week I can do with my sister and she’s taking unpaid leave to do so. Grandparents live abroad and so desperate to see them. No other airlines with suitable flight times :(

Getting my first wage slip makes me so happy. Despite not getting a whole months wage due to when I started it’s still nice to see ❤️

First day tomorrow at my NQ job. Only an induction day but first shift on the ward will be Tuesday and I’m nervous but nice that I already know the team ❤️
