@MrdeCosta @devonwoodsmoke Once you move the fire basket to the side, you can fit a full size gastronorm tray (53 x 35cm) in there. We'd say 30 14" pizzas in an hour including prep time.

@devonwoodsmoke @BushmanOvens Is the oven big enough for a multiple cooking tray roast? Christmas dinner sort of size? Or multiple pizza cook? Love the look of this oven and have my build area ready for something like this
