Pork chops with espresso, rum and maple syrup glaze..crispy crackling. Pork is such a wonderful blank canvas, these plump chops were cooked over ash on firepit grill with salt and pepper, and glazed with @OwensCoffee espresso, maple syrup and @BlackTorRum
