@BusinessofSpeed 80:20 me to them. Tbh coaching a room of 20-100 athletes doesn’t lend itself to videos. Would grab a few outlier videos on occasion but my priority was coaching in the moment. The reason I have videos of myself was I created them to send to sport cosches to assist in at room

@CoachLesl For sure, a part of the categories of our content creation is highlighting our clients. Overwhelmingly athletes ask to be posted about. That said, have to get the ok upfront!

@BusinessofSpeed It depends on consent. Athletes deserve privacy. You don't coach them to get free content.

@JustFlySports @MashElite @korfist @CoachMZweifel Have you found any carryover from hip flexor or hamstring targeted movements that allow the accentuated eccentric to reduction in strains/increase performance?

@BusinessofSpeed @MashElite @korfist @CoachMZweifel For any decent transfer, you’ll need a force meter for stuff like 1/2 or split squats, and there really isn’t anything sprint specific. otherwise I use them mostly for tissue building, muscle capacity, or just for novelty’s sake
