"In my 20 years of coaching athlete development, I’ve found the Sportreact system to be in a class of its own with the ability to design and execute complex and creative setups—multiple combinations of pods utilizing colors, numbers and symbols, as well as timing gates in order to challenge athletes." Is everyone in the field just afraid to call out how insanely stupid this new wave of Triphasic training is? Do they not wanna hurt Cal’s feelings? Are we afraid to go against the Current Thing™️? This looks like Joel Seedman having a seizure. This isn’t even not good, it’s bad.

What a great player development weekend with @ONU_Tigerball Thank you ladies for your hard work and welcoming the new players for next season. Leadership coach and trainer @SteveBstein brought the “juice” as well. Very excited to see this team’s progress!

Does it seem asinine that subscribing to @paramountplus is not enough of a subscription to watch CBS and March madness games? Need to upgrade the subscription to watch the actual live local CBS channel….. #scam

If you’re leaving your school because of “playing time” and the two guys who were playing in front of you are hitting the portal.. Wouldn’t it be strategically beneficial to stay? 👨🏾‍💻

Is athlete development coaching the most hypocritical coaching sect? • We preach discipline, leadership, nutrition, hydration, recovery, mental toughness……. But we have a lot of excuses (myself included over the years) why we don’t eat well, sleep well, abuse caffeine etc

@mboyle1959 @pntrack I shared with my younger coaches on staff for years, regardless of what you think of MBSC training, respect the fact that Mike is open to change and will admit he may not have had something right!

The foundation of a speed program is timed sprinting. Strength coaches (yes, I am a strength coach) still want it to be about the weightroom. 2nd layer is plyos. Strength is 3rd. That doesn’t mean unimportant, but the hierarchy is the hierarchy. @pntrack strengthcoach.com/resource/62be7…

With the departure of Coach Jay Wright and Coach Larranaga, are universities going to have to take chances on young coaches who can recruit or can veteran coaches adapt? • Who is currently stuck in limbo? • amp.miamiherald.com/sports/college…

Leaning more and more towards the belief that for lower body “strength” you might just need walking lunges…😬

@pntrack I like this for basketball, but make the warmup a mile run, 3 man weave, shell defense, and then line drills to finish 👍
