Building Solutions Starts with Listening. The LWEGATECH team had a productive engagement with the Busoga Health Forum (BHF) @BusogaHealth team at their headquarters in Jinja as we officially kicked off discussions for the development of the BHF eLearning & Membership Management System. Our meeting was filled with insightful discussions around BHF's operations, workflows, challenges, and long-term vision. These conversations are invaluable because they help us design a solution that is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization's goals. We appreciate the warm welcome from the Busoga Health Forum team and look forward to delivering a platform that will support learning, member engagement, and organizational growth. Before we write a single line of code, we spend time understanding our client's people, processes, and goals. That's how we build solutions that truly fit the organisation’s needs, not just its technical requirements. #LWEGATECH #SoftwareDevelopment #DigitalTransformation #eLearning #MembershipManagement #HealthTech #Uganda #Jinja #Innovation

@kjjdarius @uetcl What if it was a mental case and not vandalism as being suggested? That's why an investigation is needed, I guess.

PUBLIC NOTICE ⚠️ UETCL informs the public that a suspected vandal was electrocuted while attempting to climb a transmission tower on the Owen Falls–Lugazi Transmission Line in Lugazi. The individual is currently suspended on the tower as arrangements are being made for a technical team to safely retrieve the body. The matter has been handed over to the @PoliceUg for further investigation. UETCL strongly warns the public against vandalising or attempting to access electricity transmission infrastructure. High-voltage installations carry dangerous currents and can result in serious injury or death. We urge the general public to be vigilant and report suspected vandals to the nearest police station. Vandalism not only interrupts the power supply but is also a danger to human life. MANAGEMENT. @NankabirwaRS @uetcl_ceo
