Britain is working on BANNING traditional tumble dryers as part of Net Zero plans.
People will only be allowed to buy new heat pump dryers that are more efficient but takes longer to dry clothes.
The new dryers can take over 1 hour longer to dry clothes compared with the traditional dryers.
I've used a heat pump dryer and let me tell you that sometimes I need to run a load 2 or 3 times before it's dry.
