@CSMIA_Official Last month took Pranaam service twice, both times it was quite bad. I had raised an issue, while returning Rajdeep met me along with Sagar. Both were quite fantastic, Last week used the service again, it was surely improved. Thanks to Rajdeep and team.

What kind of bank is HSBC? They launched an upgrade campaign for the Travel One Credit Card stating that if I spend ₹1,00,000 within 90 days, I would receive 3,000 milestone points. It has now been over 90 days, and I have met the spending criteria. However, the milestone points have not been credited. When I contacted customer care, they said there was no such offer for existing customer, which contradicts the communication shared during the upgrade. They are also denying the cashback offer that was part of the campaign. I will escalate this again with customer care. If this is not resolved, I will be raising a formal complaint with RBI.

@MilesTrader @PeninsulaHotels Exactly, Everything from elevator to room. Curtains making very weird sound open operation, TV had dots (LCD not even LED), telephone having weird static, rugs and carpets were quite old and triggered sinus. Quite bad for the price.
