What kind of bank is HSBC?
They launched an upgrade campaign for the Travel One Credit Card stating that if I spend ₹1,00,000 within 90 days, I would receive 3,000 milestone points.
It has now been over 90 days, and I have met the spending criteria. However, the milestone points have not been credited.
When I contacted customer care, they said there was no such offer for existing customer, which contradicts the communication shared during the upgrade. They are also denying the cashback offer that was part of the campaign.
I will escalate this again with customer care. If this is not resolved, I will be raising a formal complaint with RBI.
