@fromsoftserve Making a game exclusive to a handheld platform where most players will be connected via WiFi is certainly a choice for a multiplayer only title.

still seeing a lot of people confused as to why Duskbloods is an exclusive. Nintendo benefits because people will buy a Switch 2 in order to play it. Fromsoft benefits because well, money. Miyazaki personally benefits because he gets to explore his tarkov fascination with a lower risk profile since Nintendo obviously offered money for exclusivity. And they still walk away with the IP, too. I totally get the consumer side where you'd be upset about it. but, from a business perspective, it makes total sense imo.
