@Butlins please can someone respond to me. You cancel my booking without even giving me chance to pay. I’ve tried 10 times to call today and cannot get through. I even tried booking again to keep getting an error on your website. 3 very disappointed families at the moment.

@SkyUK please tell me how I speak to a human? Your virtual assistant just keeps sending me the same links over and over again. Issue with Broadband, the links are not helping me. They tell me no issue. I guarantee there is. The fact I have had to use 4G to send this message.

@Lo0veholidays atrocious company with zero empathy. My Stepfather was recently very ill. Unable to travel. Holiday was refunded. However flights they have refused even though Easyjet have refunded the money. Shocking.

@easyJet it’s disappointing that after 2 weeks you have still not responded to my parents on their escalation with regards to flight refunds. They cannot travel due to serious illness. They are going through a difficult time. Please can I have an update.

@riverislandhelp ordered last weekend. Order would be delivered by today. Received message on 15th that it was shipped. Evri state they have my parcel. Then 16th, state it’s delayed. Nothing since. So I’m guessing I won’t have for my event tonight? 😒
