Final Update: Brand direct account secured just over 8 months after my initial tweet on this. It took about a dozen follow ups and some serious effort but finally landed it. The main selling point that convinced them was the very clear increase in revenue I generated from bringing back old listings (as an unauthorized arbitrage seller).
Dylan@re_fba

Update: 2 months later I’ve sold over 120 units of this item at an average 38% ROI. And I’m still the only seller on it. This was an OOS listing that hadn’t been available for sale on Amazon for 2 years. The sales rank was in the millions….but only because it wasn’t available. Easy money in OOS listings. Now for Part 2: I’m reaching out and present this info to the brand, show them the increased revenue I’ve found and try to setup a direct account with them.

My storage unit got robbed today. Guy broke in, took my cart, loaded it up and walked right out. ~$850 loss, but overall got so so lucky this guy doesn’t know the value of things. He could have easily put 10x more value worth of stuff in that cart. Also lucky that I have like 10% of what I had in there last month. Some great LEGO sets were lost 🥲

sit down and really think about what you do in your day are you doing anything towards achieving whatever goal you may have? are you doing anything uncomfortable? (this could literally be simple as cooking an exquisite meal) if not then it’s time to change.

I was really worried about business slowing down while I’m traveling this month, but it’s been a great test on systems and we’re still firing on all cylinders! Been working ~3 hours a day, some more some less depending on what we’re doing. I can’t tell you how huge that is for me as someone who’s worked 10-12+ hr/days 7 days a week with few exceptions since I’ve started reselling on Amazon. Outsourcing has been a huge focus this year and so it’s cool to see it paying off. In the last 2.5 weeks I’ve been in Europe we have: -Almost already outspent last month in just the first 2 weeks of September -PCs sent 3k units out this past week -Sales steady and trending slightly up -Fine tuning a better replen system -Coordinated with contractors on a renovation/unit turnover and moved a new tenant in for the rental biz There’s a decent chance I go full nomad again if I can keep this up!

@BuyBoxBandit Yes! It’s a backend glitch in many cases. Removing the ASIN doesn't always remove the policy note. Try: Reopen the ASIN File a POA Then delete again Or escalate via Brand Registry support if you have access.

@BuyBoxBandit Don’t matter if u delete the asins amz still stores it in a database. So any violations u got either need to be beaten or passed 6 months and they will fall off

Here's a 3 step breakdown of how to optimize your credit card billing cycles to ALWAYS get 45-60+ days interest free money. Step 1. Write down each of your credit cards Step 2. Divide up your cards into 2-5 day date ranges so they are split up among a 30 day billing cycle. These are the dates that you're going to exclusively spend on those cards. So for example, I have 8 primary cards I buy inventory with, so here's my breakdown. So as shown, I only spend on Card 2 from the 5th-8th. On the 9th I switch to spending on Card 3. 1st-4th - Card 1 5th-8th - Card 2 9th-12th - Card 3 13th-16th - Card 4 17th-20th - Card 5 21st-24th - Card 6 25th-28th - Card 7 29th-31st - Card 8 Step 3: Now contact your credit card companies to adjust your statement end date. You're asking them to move your statement end date to ONE DAY BEFORE your spend date listed above. This took me 45 minutes for 8 cards. Some are quick over chat, while others I called. Once you're setup, this is how it works: On Card 2 above my statement end date is the 4th...so every month a new billing cycle starts on the 5th, which is why the 5th is the day I start spending on it. When I buy something on the 5th with this card, I'll get the rest of that 30 day billing cycle PLUS the extra 3-4 weeks they allow me to pay off the statement balance. Effectively, you turn into a cashflow monster! I've always heard people talk about this, but struggled to figure out exactly what I needed to do to start implement it. Hopefully this helps simplify the process for anyone else who was confused like I was. In reality, I'm really only doing this strict spend schedule when I'm cash strapped and pushing spend limits hard. If cash isn't tight, then I'm probably just gonna keep using my highest cashback cards. I also adjusted my spend schedule to give my best cashback cards an extra couple days versus the lower reward cards. Because ya can't take the CC hacking out of me even when scaling.

Quick productivity hack that's helped me. Every day I start by picking out the top 3 or 4 needling moving tasks for the day. Completing those means I've won the day. Anything after that is normally a bunch of little stuff that a bonus. Getting that clarity first thing helps me stay locked in.
