@BigMeatPete44 @TMZ WA DMV was the easiest most efficient DMV around. I remember when I moved there, I told my I had to take a 1/2 day off to go to the DMV (I was use to VA DMV). He just laughed at me. I figured out why after only being there for 7 minutes & walking out.

I’ve known plenty of luxury market realtors who have a strong client base but have very little understanding of the day-to-day housing market. Widget sellers are monkeys. The real skill set is consultative relationship building and most of them fail miserably at it. Make your cash but don’t think for a second that you are more “card smart” than others. That would be a foolish mistake.
