If there is one lesson to be drawn from the Epstein files it is this: The capitalist ruling class is openly and consciously waging total war against the world's oppressed.
It is a war of rape and abuse, cultural distraction and technological engineering, regime change and privatization, debt traps and honey traps. It is a war whose goal is destruction. A disintegrating state is fertile terrain for the predators that feed on its cheapened resources and wasted lives.
One sentence from the disclosures, for example, makes abundantly clear whose interests NATO's proxy war in Ukraine serves. "Ukraine upheaval should provide many opportunities," Epstein wrote in an email to one of the Rothschilds. The message would be ominous enough if it were not followed by scores of other emails with photographs of young Ukrainian women presumably offered for sale to this sadistic cabal.
Since the state exists as an instrument of class rule, the Western ruling class has every tool at its disposal to protect and expand its monstrous dominion: the police and the courts, the newspapers and social media platforms, and even the armed forces of Great Britain, which facilitated Epstein's visits to the British royal family. That is why these people can rape and torture and disappear human beings with impunity.
Its stated adversaries — the leaders of China, Cuba, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela — are hated precisely because they defend spaces of sovereignty where the imperialist ruling class cannot reach. It is no secret that, under US rule, Cuba was treated as an island brothel and casino. Or that half a million Russian women were trafficked into sexual slavery when the Soviet Union was defeated.
The ruling class is serious about global class war. The only way we survive is if we learn to take it as seriously as they do.
