@minecraft_feiyu If I'm understanding the question correctly, you can use the Trim Adaptive brush while holding Alt to sample a nearby flatter area and that should level out any 'bulge' or lumpiness — this is at least what I have to do anytime after I use the pinch brush. Hope this helps!
