I'm sorry. I watched the entire trial too. I don't think the prosecution proved the case beyond a shadow of a doubt. There were to many unanswered questions. I am not saying he's not guilty. What I'm saying is even if he is guilty he deserves a fair trial. Even the worst criminals deserve a fair trial. I don't think the Appeals court had any choice but to overturn the conviction in this case.
