Trump better get it together. 7 days. That is all Trump has left before his 60 days of military action under the War Powers Resolution expires. Anything beyond that and he needs congressional approval to continue the war with Iran. He can extend it for 30 days, but only for the safe withdrawal of US forces. Iran knows this. So, one of two things is about to happen. Trump is about to open a can of whoop-ass like no other in the next week that will be designed to cripple the Regime, or a big fat nothing burger and the Iranian Regime wins politically (which the world can not afford).

Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned. Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice. There is no “justice” when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day. I don’t agree with what he did and he should be required to disgorge all the profits however, unless the DOJ plans on doing Congress next, this is not justice.

@FPX500 I would rather see them limit contracts than do this, especially in eval, but even in funded. Take 50k XFA down to 1 mini\10 micro to start if needed, make traders work harder that way @MichaelPatak

how did we go from $ 300K live transfers to this, in the span of a year? And it's not just topstep, it's the whole industry, the offer is just a lot lower and keeps getting lower, it really feels like the propfirm bubble has popped and it's just a race to the bottom from here.

Free him and drop the charges. Don’t want troops to bet on their own success? Then tell them and lay out clearer rules. It’s all basically the Wild Wild West right now. I also have no issue with them betting on their success. If the mission failed he would have lost his $, right?
