(July 16)- Indianapolis Officers responded to a report of a person shot around 8:15 p.m. When officers arrived, they located a person with gunshot injuries lying in the middle of the road. A gun was lying near the man shot. That man, Gavin Dasaur,29, died at the scene.🙏🏾🕊
