I didn't think this was possible but here we are.
An 18 room hotel on Lake Como with an asking price of €1.95M. Lake Como is like catnip for hoteliers and investors.
For context, several major brands at the upper-mid to luxury end (Marriot, Ritz-Carlton etc.) are actively opening or building hotels on Lake Como for 2026, with more in the pipeline beyond that.
This opens up interesting opportunities in an underserved segment: authentic, smaller boutique hotels (15-40 keys) in secondary villages, strong design and views but without full-service resort facilities.
