@MRheumy Also don’t underestimate importance of comfy saddle situ - more likely to load hands as your bottom gets sore. If all else fails, period off bike and some splinting can help.

@MRheumy Gel padded mitts; bike fit to optimise/reduce hand loading; if bike fit not attainable, then change hand postures to tops of bars and offload from hoods or drops or shorten stem to produce slightly more upright posture and offload hands 1/2
