@neiljlangridge @Lewis_Physio All our roles are mixed Fcp /app 2 sessions a week for other pillars critical or we will be just replicating gp burnout. Also just recruited into rehab lead for msk opd to have strong clinical leadership, consultant post about to go to advert to link all together across Somerset.
