Funding is available for Round 2 of the F-gas Reduction Incentive Program. The program has received $38.5 million to promote the adoption of climate-friendly, low-global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant technologies.

El Cerrito Plaza @SFBART Parcel A South will transform part of an existing, underused BART-owned parking lot within @cityofelcerrito’s Downtown District into a six-story building with one- to three-bedroom homes for individuals and families earning between 30% and 60% of the Contra Costa Area Median Income (AMI).
