MIND BLOWN. I don’t know why I haven’t thought of it way before!! It does explain why I keep bumping up against stuff in the NHS (and life) though as I am efficiency over hierarchy always 😂

💡 This week I saw a post about valuing hierarchy over efficiency and I realised this is the NHS! We’re SO busy prioritising processes and communications etc that maintain the hierarchy that we can’t be efficient. IT MADE EVERYTHING MAKE SENSE.
