“Home of The Free, Because of The Brave” 🇺🇸 My Dad, Royce, enlisted with the United States Navy in October of 1964, he was just 19 years old. He was a kind, caring, loving, wonderful & brilliant man. He trained at Mare Island, Treasure Island & Idaho Falls, eventually becoming a Nuclear Physicist stationed on the USS Enterprise & later on the USS Long Beach. He was deployed to Vietnam 56 years ago tomorrow, 5/26/1970, where he served on the Swift boats up & down the Mekong River & throughout the Mekong Delta. One night many years later, as we sat outside in Coarsegold enjoying the sound of the frogs’ croaking voices, he shared a story with me. While stationed in Vietnam, the troops dwelled in grass-thatched huts, elevated by stilts above the rice paddies. The men slept soundly to the chorus of the frogs’, “ribbit, ribbit, ribbit” all night, which became particularly loud & more frequent when it rained. However, when the frogs went quiet, the men jolted out of deep sleep & immediately prepared for combat, as the silence meant potential enemy approaching. Imagine the level of terror & training that equips the brain to wake to the sound of silence, & the trauma that can ensue under those circumstances. God bless all our Veterans, those who have served or are serving or will serve in the future, those who have lost their lives, those that have experienced the horror of war, those who suffer from PTSD & those who are experiencing homelessness sleeping on the streets across our country. May peace reign on Earth & all the world’s children live in safety. Much love & gratitude for my Dad & all who have served, & particular reverence for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom & protection. Memorial Day 5/25/26 ❤️ 🇺🇸 ❤️

Narcissists often convince themselves they aren’t abusive by hiding behind symbols of morality or spirituality.
They might wear a cross, quote Bible verses in their social media bios, or talk about “good energy” or “God’s will,” all while continuing to manipulate, gaslight, and harm others. This kind of moral posturing gives them a false sense of righteousness and allows them to ignore their own abusive behavior. Instead of taking responsibility, they often accuse others of being narcissistic, (projection) flipping the script to protect their fragile egos. This tactic shields them from introspection, emotional accountability, and the self-awareness required for genuine change.

If you have ever wondered just how vicious and dangerous a narcissist/psychopath can be, check this out… Clearly, someone is unimpressed with my work to expose dark personalities. A previous client sent me a copy of an email (below) sent to all the organisations I have worked with and whose names appear on my website. They have manipulated the subject to make it look like a statement of fact when it is not (and they also highlighted it in yellow). They also listed all client names on the same email to make it look as if I am engaging in inappropriate activity on a large scale. I am working with police on the issue now. It is a full on attempt to slander my professional reputation and destroy my business. This is typically how high functioning narcissists/psychopaths work. Subject: Inquiry Regarding Unauthorized Use of Logo    Dear Company Compliance/Legal Team,    I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding the use of your company’s logo on the website of Dr. Karen Mitchell and Kalmor Consulting.    Dr. Mitchell has listed your company and your company’s logo among her past and present clients and is displaying the company logo on her website. Can you please confirm whether:  1.     Dr. Karen Mitchell and/or Kalmor Consulting has provided services to your company at any time.    2.     They have obtained permission to display your logo as an official client or partner.    If this representation is inaccurate, I would appreciate guidance on your standard procedures for addressing unauthorised use of corporate branding.    Thank you for your time and assistance.
