For Women’s History Month, today we honor another great, BEATRICE MAYBERRY HUMASON (1896-1982). Working on/off at MWO from 1920-35, her tenure included with Dr. Harlow Shapley researching variable stars and clusters & with MWO Founder Dr. George Ellery Hale on study of sunspots.
