@RatlamDRM @RailwaySeva Thank you so much for your very quick response. I understand safety concern but Platform change should not happen once displayed on the TV screens and online. Any change shd be done before 45 minutes and before display on boards rather than just before 10-15 minutes.

Your concern regarding Train No. 19301/19302 has been noted. Platform changes are undertaken by station/control due to operational requirements, traffic regulation and safety considerations. AC/coach performance is being checked by on-board/maintenance staff and rectification is being done at the earliest available opportunity.
