so do we think we’ve bottomed or no all the weekend headlines just feel like escalation but monday morning, could easily see Trump just retract or delay his warnings again oil still ridiculously high…earnings season with bad guidance because of uncertainty wouldn’t be the best… maybe an April 9th 2.0 scenario? just so confusing to try to analyze the market not on fundamentals but on new headlines daily…

@WallStreetMav We spent nearly 20 years in Afghanistan, with about 100k troops on the ground. And the Taliban crawled out their holes and retook the country. Iran is massive, and remaining leadership and loyalists can wait it out in Russia. This isn't going to be weeks, it'll never end.

The Iran war won't last forever. I give it a few more weeks of bombing at best. Trump is not going to invade with American soldiers. The Conservatives are mostly fine with an air bombing campaign, but nobody except Lindsey Graham wants a full invasion. Most military targets are already destroyed. The economy of Iran is wrecked for years to come. Critical bridges, electric grid infrastructure, steel factories .. will take years to rebuild. The leadership is decimated. 99% of the top 300 leaders (religious and military) are dead. The bombing campaign is running out of useful targets. They have all been hit at this point. Trump could stop the active bombing, but continue to maintain the air dominance with US planes controlling the air space, denying Iran any flights. Wait and see what develops with the new leadership of Iran. There will be a power struggle in Iran as the mid level leaders come out of hiding. It remains to be seen what the policies of the new leaders will be. That is really the only path forward. We don't want to invade and occupy Iran. At some point we have to sit back and see what forms in the new Iran.

I think the war in Iran is highly nuanced. Some might say that the war is unneeded and unjust, but I would counter and ask, how many years do we want to put up with a regime that creates terror around the globe? For decades, the regime has enchanted death to America over and over again. They’ve sponsored many Terah cells around the Middle East and globally within many countries in Europe and America. I think POTUS made the right decision to put an end to the regime and what they stand for. Whether you believe this war is good or bad. It is become reality of the now. Countries around the globe will now plan accordingly to how they will react to the ongoing situation over there. Oil prices will be volatile. Markets around the globe will be volatile. Trade tensions will likely escalate if the war is not won soon. In my opinion, I do agree with Trump’s actions against the regime. In my view, this war was inevitable, and it would’ve taken place at some point whether it’s one year from now or 10 years from now. Some say, Israel is culprit of this war but what happens when Israel is wiped clean off the map because of a regime that wants them extinct? That would not be good. War is ugly. War is highly complex. All I know is that I’m praying for our troops overseas and that we get victory as soon as possible. 🇺🇸

@StealthQE4 Its the stop losses that get most people because it forces you to buy high sell low. I learned this in dotcom and 08, when many day traders were zeroed out. You need diversification and marker internals. Just trading patterns will wipe you.
