Asked GOP lawmakers today in Oak Creek if they agree with Tom Tiffany's characterization of the surplus agreement as a "backroom deal." "When you use the term 'backroom deal,' I think it kind of mischaracterizes the nature of how this came together," Rep. Adam Neylon said.

Best chance for widespread showers will be for the Tuesday morning commute. There will be a small window during the late afternoon and early evening for a few storms to fire. While there is a marginal risk for a strong to severe storm, that would be very isolated.

NOW: Crews are cleaning up what’s left after a fire at the Park Plaza Condominiums in Brown Deer. 45 firefighters responded to the blaze just after 11 on Sunday night. 2 residents and a firefighter were injured. 15 residents are without a place to live. VANDALISM AT 9-11 MEMORIAL: According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, there are ‘antisemitic phrases and bible references’ on the Lisbon Village Hall and 9-11 memorial.  Law enforcement leaders say this happened sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning. On Sunday, some parts have been removed and the road leading to the memorial is blocked off to cars. The incident is currently under investigation. @CBS58

Oshkosh Police say they were called to the scene at Fleet Farm at around 8:00 a.m. this morning, for reports of a man who had a handgun. On scene, officials say a uniformed Oshkosh Police officer 'encountered' the man with the handgun and shot him. cbs58.com/news/oshkosh-p…
