@pntrack One of my freshmen told me last year (8th grade) the workouts were repeat 300s, normally 10. He did not PR last year, 25 second average for the 200. He's now gone 23.7 indoors, he seems pretty happy about that.

Got this report from a parent (who is also coach) about a 7th grade track practice: Warmup run: 10 minute run 8x 400 Timed 800 What is wrong with people? Too many coaches excuse this as professional politeness.
