@McH2Oz @Renaldo_Saiyan You're right, but it's 3D animation. Pikachu is 2D in the Mewtwo movie you mentioned, not 3D like the Mario movie. Detective Pikachu is a 3D animated character in that movie just like Mario, although Pikachu and Sonic ARE in live action films.
