🚨 HOLY CRAP. Iranian state TV is now calling on Iranian children to surge to power plants so they can be HUMAN SHIELDS against President Trump Students, youth, and almost everyone is invited to shield key infrastructure tomorrow DISGUSTING ANIMALS.

Projects like these relied on the very same funding Donald Trump wants to cut. In fact, they wouldn’t even be possible without federal funding. If Republicans allow them to pass, Trump’s cruel budget cuts will be devastating to our communities in Nevada.

Thanks to the federal investments I fought for and the FHLB-SF, Visions Park will soon be complete, with 100 affordable housing units available for blind and visually impaired Nevadans. This development is a testament to how our government can work with local leadership to help our communities.

Now Congress has to do its part to tackle the housing crisis facing communities in Nevada and across the United States. We must finish what we started and get the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act to the President’s desk.

To pay for his foreign war of choice, Trump just proposed even more cuts to food assistance, housing, and health care. President Trump’s budget puts working families last.

DACA recipients have been targets of Trump’s cruel immigration enforcement. Yesterday, we heard their stories.     It’s unacceptable how the Trump Administration treats DACA recipients and other immigrants who contribute to our communities, want a good life for their families, and love this country.

Yesterday, President Trump proposed a disastrous budget for next year that cuts essential services and programs Nevada families rely on. It's clear as day: he doesn’t care about the families that are struggling and will struggle thanks to his failed policies.

As a proud Wolf Pack alum, I couldn’t be more excited that the new Nevada State Public Health Lab, located on the University of Nevada, Reno campus, is one step closer to completion.   Research at Nevada universities competes with the best of the best – I’ll keep fighting for the funding they need to continue their excellent work.
