We had eggs delivered to the school this week and some have already hatched! This morning we had 2 and by the evening we had 5! 🐤🐣

Today we are doing a science experiment. We are going to wrap the eggs in cotton wool, foil, bubble wrap and tissue paper; then drop them from a distance. We'll then see which material protects the egg best!

Nursery found a crime scene in the playground today! WHO PUSHED HUMPTY DUMPTY? 🐾🐾

Some of our beans have started to germinate!

Today, we planted broad beans using plastic cups, cotton wool and water! We'll cover them later and hope they'll germinate!

This week we are designing colourful T-Shirts. Here is a completed painted shirt!

Today Nursery authored story books based on owls. They independently cut out different pictures, glued them in and made some marks. They then told me told me what their story was and I scribed it for them!

Nursery loved the bonfire today! They had hot chocolate, a biscuit and sang some songs! What fun! 🔥🎆

We had our first PE lesson today. It was all about how to jump and land safely. We played lots of games too and learned how to find a space! 🧍🏽‍♂️🧍🏽‍♀️

We had our first forest school today. We collected leaves around the field then used them to make autumnal crowns 👑.
