@RailwaySeva I'm traveling from Kacheguda (TG) to Nizamuddin (DEL) in few days. Wanted to know if Parcel Services will be available as usual on 27-28th May (Bakri-Eid) ? I tried calling Kacheguda Station helpline number, but the number does not exist. Plz respond, it's important.

I made an online payment at SNDT Metro Station (Pune) for a ticket, but the transaction was successful and ticket showed FAILED. Staff asked me to pay again and that also failed. My money has been deducted twice and no ticket received. Kindly resolve and refund ASAP. @MahaMetro

Dear South Central Railway, Train No. 17252 – TT is not properly checking passengers or updating seat availability. Around 3–4 passengers without reservation are sitting in S10 coach, making women passengers uncomfortable. No police/security escort is present @SCRailwayIndia

QR code for ticket booking at the station is completely unusable. Passengers are unable to book tickets. Kindly replace it urgently and install additional QR codes at Shadnagar station.Poor maintenance of such an essential facility is unacceptable @RailMinIndia @SCRailwayIndia
