@CCS_Help disappointed to wait almost a week for care spoons only to receive a Rollator in very poor condition my husband is just out of hospital and the response time is 3 working days as a first time customer I am very unimpressed

@S7arah_7 Good Evening, After looking at the user manual, I can confirm that you can charge the chair through either port. The chair can be charged through the controller so you do not have to remove the battery. you can also charge the battery separately. Liam NRS Healthcare

@CCS_Help @ccsmobility I am so disappointed by your customer service. I received a delivery that was missing a piece and despite emailing you on 16/06/22 and 22/06/22 I have heard nothing back. You should treat your customers much better than this.

@CCS_Help 2 more attempts at calling you..both times on hold for 10 mins and then cut off. Your message saying that the delivery people will "be in touch to advise of a delivery date" is not good enough. The bed was chosen and purchased because it came with next day delivery.
