The US is being “humiliated” by Iranian leaders as President Donald Trump struggles to negotiate an end to the war, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
English

@Osinttechnical It’s your mess Peter. NATO continues to be a defense organization not an military force used to supplement a war you started and can’t figure out how to end
English

@lanceloecker @beardedhawkeye I have no problem with jirek the roster particularly if he can lose a bit of weight and get quicker. He’s a big kid and there’s nothing wrong with having a 611 kid on the back end of your bench, particularly if he develops over time.
English

@TylerSchrepfer @beardedhawkeye An true center and a couple guards. Lack of guard depth was a real killer too. The fact that they used to Sage as a point forward a lot of times shows you how not confident they are with anybody other than Stirtz or combs with the ball in their hand.

@beardedhawkeye NEED a big. That is the biggest need. Our rebounding was our weakness all year

@JasonWall740 @CSOonX Seems unbelievable but now that cheating is legal and everyone has a bagman im sure someone will eventually end the drought

@CSOonX Big Ten hasn't won a National Championship since Maryland in 02

NBC reports that Trump gets a short daily highlight reel "of the biggest, most successful strikes on Iranian targets over the previous 48 hours."
"But the video briefing is fueling concerns among some of Trump’s allies that he may not be receiving — or absorbing — the complete picture of the war." nbcnews.com/politics/white…

@KobeissiLetter But Trump said war is won. That certainly means fighting is over so no ceasefire is needed anyway. Or he’s a liar. Could be that

BREAKING: Iran has officially rejected the US' peace proposal and sets five conditions for an end to the war.
Iran's conditions include:
1. Immediate end to attacks and assassinations on Iran
2. Establishment of "concrete guarantees" against future US attacks
3. "Clear determination and guaranteed payment" for war damages
4. International recognition of Iran's "authority" over Strait of Hormuz
5. An end to the war across all fronts, including for all Iranian proxies in the region
We now await a response from the US.

@sentdefender He spoke to a president, it just wasn’t a former US President
English

After President Trump claimed to reporters twice today that he had recently spoken to a former president who praised his actions in Iran, saying: “I wish I did what you did.” Aides to all four living presidents, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, have issued statements to CNN, saying there is no record of any communications between them and President Trump.

@JonnyFootball44 @BraddrofliT @rayamanoha As @jamestalarico said recently. It’s not left vs right, it’s top vs bottom.
Term limits for our elected officials would be a good starting point to rooting some of the grift out of our government
English

@BraddrofliT @rayamanoha Let’s not act like it’s just trumps circle that does this. USAID and the Biden admin was chock full of all this crap too. The gross abuse of our tax dollars through loopholes like this is not a right vs left issue, it’s a government vs We The People issue.

“Safe America,” a so-called media company, was incorporated just 11 days before it was handed $143 million in taxpayer money to produce a propaganda campaign starring cosplay Barbie.
And the company’s listed address? The Virginia home of longtime Republican operative Michael McElwain.
Eleven days old.
No track record.
$143 million contract.
This isn’t government. It’s a taxpayer-funded cash grab for political insiders. While Americans struggle to pay rent and groceries, Trump’s circle is handing nine-figure checks to their friends and calling it patriotism.

English

@RpsAgainstTrump ffs... are all our key diplomatic postings full of incompentent ideologues, creeps, grifters, or vacant??
English

Washington Post: U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee joked to embassy staff about procreating while sheltering from Iranian missiles, in a memo one U.S. official called “awkward” and “odd.”
The memo, addressed to U.S. diplomats, local staff and family members, said that if the “extended time” with your spouse “results in the birth of your next child in about 9 months, I of course expect that you will want to name the little bugger after me!”
