@StevenWard20 @virginmedia Same here, VM customer from Lanarkshire. Have a Nintendo Switch and Meta headset that are working fine, but Xbox won't go online, was ok yesterday.

@virginmedia anyone else having problems getting full access to xbox servers, I can connect to xbox live but not any game servers, all error codes say its problem with modem, was only installed less than a month ago

@O2 i have 3months free of AmazonPrime as an Extra, coming to an end soon, the 'auto enroll' option wasn't selected but for some reason I've been billed for it this month. I have since selected 'remove this extra'. What is the difference between the two options? Is it refundable?

@CCp4_CCp5 Hi. Yes , if her taxable income has been less than the personal allowance, the estate can claim the Transfer , currently back to the 19 20 tax year. Your grandmother should contact us to do this. gov.uk/government/org… Steve

@HMRCcustomers Hi, my grandfather passed away recently, he paid tax on his state and private pensions, but my grandmother, his wife, never paid tax due to only receiving the basic full state pension. As the lesser earner, would she be able to claim backdated marriage allowance?
