You are misreading what I posted. I totally understand wanting to see a doctor of your race/background/etc. And I think its bull that some old misinformation/bias is applied to people. But I don't agree on the "its racist when white people do it, but not us" mentality. I was just asking a question based on the original post statement. And I call bull on this statement: "And I say prejudice and not racist because both are the same- except one has a power structure attached to it" Neither definition has any reference to power structure. And neither need a power structure to exist. That is a recently added part as of the late 60's to allow double-standard hypocrisy.

White people can just make a white doc website too, but yall would rather be mad at someone for ingenuity and seeing a market need. That’s capitalism..American dream.

Black people look for Black doctors because non-Black doctors don’t listen to us, do not believe we’re in pain, and think we’re drug seeking. White people look for white doctors because of bigotry. It is not the same thing.

@Luv_Xcuses As a single father with daughters, I can say 90% of men are trash. Digging into my feminine side for my little girls has really opened up my eyes to a lot of shit. It’s hard to find that 10%…especially since a lot of the 10% are too shy to get a shot.

@ItsMrsRabbitToU Such an elitist. I have travelled all over the world as well and found nothing but joy and love for Americans. Sure, some are annoyed at some things, but never seen the hate you try to claim.

As a white American who has traveled extensively but unfortunately still has to coexist alongside other white Americans, I’m here to tell you that the hate and mockery white Americans get globally is 100000000000000% earned.

@CDFault @YonnieTaughtU No one cares who white people go see. You can choose to see a black doctor too. Personally I see a white guy as my General, but it would be nice to have a black lady as my OB. I had three white derms who didn’t understand a skin condition and a black derm who fixed it instantly.
