Kurnool Municipal Corporation has launched the *“One Minute – 4 Bin Campaign”* as part of its commitment towards a cleaner and healthier Kurnool. Under this initiative, sanitation workers are visiting every household and dedicating one minute to educate residents on the importance of *4-way waste segregation at source*. The campaign promotes segregation of: * Wet Waste * Dry Waste * Sanitary Waste * Domestic Hazardous Waste Effective waste segregation at the household level is a crucial step towards scientific waste management, environmental protection, and maintaining public hygiene. Led by Ministers, Collectors, Officials, and all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), this initiative is driving grassroots-level cleanliness, promoting solid waste management awareness, and instilling the vital habit of source segregation across communities. Proactive Municipalities and Municipal Corporations including Bapatla, Kalyandurg, Sullurpeta, Yemmiganur, Tadepalligudem, Kavali, Sattenapalle, Yelamanchili, and Badvel are driving these comprehensive city cleanliness initiatives. Leaders are conducting high visibility public awareness drives, community rallies, and informative gatherings to engage citizens directly in keeping their neighborhoods pristine, eliminating single use plastics, and ensuring the clean maintenance of public toilets. These dedicated municipalities are executing active, on-ground sweeping drives, waste collection efforts, and deep-cleaning activities led directly by officials and public representatives to unite administrative bodies and local citizens under a shared commitment.
