Pt. 2 #samsung actually gets the appliances back to their warehouse. So they are aware I never got the appliances, and they still refuse to return my money to me. @SamsungUS is the most atrocious company I have ever dealt with.

Dealing with this stuff from #Samsung has caused me unexcessary stress and headaches. Yesterday I was lied to and told once the warehouse confirmed they still had appliances I would be issued a refund. Today I was told I had to wait until @samsung

@SamsungUS No, I just told you what happened. I already gave you the order #. Just give me back my money.

@SamsungUS Samsung's delivery guys refused to service appliances at my home, and they are refusing to refund my money #Samsung has provided me with the worst customer service. I do not have a working stove or refrigerator because of them.

If you're thinking of doing business with @SamsungUS think again. They're very unprofessional delivery guys refused to install appliances I paid thousands for, and now they won't give back my money. #Samsung

@SamsungUS The delivery men started speaking to each other saying something derogatory about me and I let them know I understood what they were saying. I still have yet to receive a refund from Samsung. I only received an email saying they were going to charge a restocking fee.

@SamsungUS A professional plumber came to my house and discovered the hot water had been shut off (I had no hot water in my kitchen for 3 days) and said that my valves were all functioning as they should and there was no corrosion on any of the valves.

@SamsungUS Your delivery drivers came to my house with a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, turned off my hot water unbeknownst to me, then lied and said my valves were all corroded and they could not install appliances and my gas valves were "unsafe", I called the gas company in a panic!

People who believe that a death by suicide due to depression or any other mental health-related condition is weak. The majority couldn’t last a moment in the minds of those hanging on to survival by a thread because of what’s going on in their heads.

@seleena6166 I stopped telling people when I realized some people liked seeing me that way, and were quite honestly the cause of a lot of it. Constantly coming to me with negativity and drama especially when they saw me doing well and getting better. F people.

I stopped telling people when my mental health starts slipping again. Once I heard someone say how exhausting it is to love someone with depression and anxiety it stuck with me. The last thing I ever want is for the people I love to feel drained because I’m trying so hard just to keep my head above water. So instead, I drown quietly. Alone. Not because I want to, but because I’d rather suffer in silence than be a burden. That’s a pain most people will never understand.
