The University of Colorado Division of Vascular & Interventional Radiology has an unexpected opening for the Integrated IR/DR residency for the 2022-2023 academic year. This is an ACGME accredited residency and is open to any current PGY5 Integrated Radiology resident.

Arm swelling and decreased fistula flows with chronic right subclavian, IJ and innominate occlusion. Recanalization with preservation of right basilic and left upper extremity veins.

@Warren_IR @VenuVadlamudiMD I think it's a reasonable idea. This patient was very hesitant to pursue intervention. May consider if patency is an issue.
