@UbisoftSupport Waited over two weeks for the support person to get back and I received nothing but more steps to “test” what’s wrong and not a single thing that benefits me or my problem whatsoever. A lot more should’ve been done in that amount of time, I knew it’d be nothing but useless tips.

@UbisoftSupport If I had the physical version I would’ve had my money back by now. I’ll dm better not waste any more time with useless tips.

Feel a lot better getting it for this price, even cheaper than eBay listings for it not bad. Was almost regretting the refund until now

@Damizzey The way you described it it sounds like a cyberpunk crashing problem and not anything to do with the system which is good. Can only hope they patch it and get it running properly soon. If it happens with other ps5 games within a few minutes of opening them then you got problems

@CE1082551 Are there any updates on this error code? I've gotten it daily for a week. As random as it gets. I only play Cyberpunk. But this is beyond frustrating at this point.

@UbisoftSupport No there isn’t any kind of code, I’ve tried reinstalling it and gone through supports tips of rebuilding the database, showing them my port settings for my router, opening it on a different account, restoring purchase licenses, and completely reseting the ps5. None of which help

@StevieGeesus Yeah mine said repaired, don’t think they change their email template for replacements

@StevieGeesus It shouldn’t, it took a total of two hours from me getting the notification that they received it to getting notified my new one was on the truck back to me, since it was that fast they likely just make sure you sent it in and then ship you out a new one without even looking

@gongasbernardes It’s under warranty just gotta call Sony, they don’t take the console back for that error code specifically though you have to exaggerate it a bit for them to take it back, ex. Console won’t turn on or keeps rebooting or something.

@CE1082551 How would I find a replacement? Isn’t the PS5 sold out?

@gongasbernardes They’ve been saying “it’s coming” since around launch, wouldn’t keep your hopes too high. Getting a replacement is the quickest option, new one will work. I’d recommend trying to do it quickly before more people who got it for Christmas experience the error and send there’s in.

@KoreGameplay @Marble19841 @Stevejbak @iaingambles @JayDubcity16 I wasn’t a fan of them at all either, don’t know why people say they’re so hard to find targets had them in stock for ages I got them from there around launch.

@Marble19841 @Stevejbak @iaingambles @JayDubcity16 I came to this exact same conclusion, compared my platinums with my pulse 3d back to back side by side in every way and ended up re selling the pulse 3D at MSRP. Great value for 100 bucks, but If you already own platinums just keep enjoying them.

These headphones 🎧 were harder to get than a PlayStation 5. Crazy

@jjstew9023 Yes it’s been all good so far, only crashes I’ve had on it was checking the Cold War leaderboards but that happened on my last one and on the PS4 version so it must be the game

@Spacepunk77 No I am not, don’t really wanna try either. That’s why I was playing around hoping to squeeze some more storage out of the storage in the console.

If you’ve deleted a few games off your PS5 and your “other” is taking up a massive amount of storage resetting the system and redownloading your games will severely reduce its size. Just saved me about 70GB which is nice got room for another game. Unfortunate that’s the fix tho.

@bustinjeach Does not reduce the size of a game. When you delete a game there’s leftover files categorized as “other” in your storage. After resetting and installing all the same games my other shrank by 70Gbs. The issue it solves is the other storage being massive as the tweet said
