@stojanmedical @trwherrmann @lisalaseruro Holmium v pulsed thulium for #AEEP Like vegetarian sausages: Looks a bit like the meat original but with some important differences! Clearly more charring, visible bubbles at fibre tip and cutting rather than peeling ability with pulsed thulium on this video.

@trwherrmann @wjurol Thanks for challenging the status of TURP as “gold standard” @trwherrmann. For many it’s the “old standard” as there’s extensive evidence supporting #AEEP as the current standard- most effective for LUTS & retention & unlimited by prostate vol. Accept the TURPexit challenge!
