Went to watch an old drive from 2018 and couldn’t find the actual recorded drive. Disappointed to discover all of the drives going back to 2016 on the @WildEarth YT page have been made members-only videos. Maybe I missed the announcement, it’s so much history now unavailable 🙁

My guess would be Tortoise Pan Male. Would think he’d have crossed power lines, down through Quarantine, up Twin Dams Rd, and across the dam back west. But who knows? Maybe Maribye or Timbavati? Seen so little male activity on Djuma cam☹️

It is nearly a month late, but February marked 5 years since the death of Hukumuri. The circumstances of his death are well-known & his ending undeniably unfortunate, but I find myself, more than ever, thanking this cat.
