As part of the Special Intensive Revision program, in connection with conducting Special Campaigns on Saturday and Sunday, Shri A. Venkateswara Rao, Additional Chief Electoral Officer and Additional Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, inspected Guntur district to oversee this initiative. During his visit on 11.07.2026, he reviewed the Special Intensive Revision process directly at the grassroots level, in the presence of Smt. Lakshmi Kumari, ERO, Mangalagiri A.C., he specifically inspected Polling Stations 72, 73, 74, 75, and 76 of Kunchanapalli under the 87 Mangalagiri Assembly Constituency (AC) in Guntur district. While visiting these stations, he enquired about the ongoing voter registration and verification work with the local Booth Level Officers (BLOs). Furthermore, he directed the officials to complete the process within the stipulated deadline set by the Election Commission of India. He also provided guidance to the Booth Level Officers on expediting the process. He specifically inspected Polling Stations 3, 15, 18, and 19 of Srungavarapukota Mandal under the 19 Srungavarapukota Assembly Constituency (AC), as well as Polling Stations 174 and 178 under the Gajapatinagaram Assembly Constituency (AC) in Vizianagaram district. While visiting these stations, he enquired about the ongoing voter registration and verification work with the local Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
