Is yards before contact an offensive line stat? Less than we treat it like one. I took a deep dive on a stat that we may have been reading wrong, using a couple of different modeling techniques to explain why. You can read it FREE on my Substack 🔗⤵️

Looking at coaches by their teams preseason vegas win total, and how much they over/under perform that win total. Curt Cignetti and Sonny Dykes lead the way in total wins above expectation, although their avg win total isn't as high as a Kirby Smart

@CamLemons_ Really had a thought he had a chance to be something in 2023 but the ship has sailed. I guess will see how lucky we can get with the 50/50 deep balls to Duce

QBs on my point rating system + their 2026 passing strength of schedule. Idea being QBs on the right side + lower on the graph have been more successful + have a softer SOS and could make some noise this year (Brad Jackson/Devon Dampier hello!)

Home field matters. But not equally. After adjusting for opponent quality using Elo, these are the FBS teams that gain the most from playing at home since 2014. Ohio State, Alabama, and LSU stand alone in Tier S.

Exactly how I feel on Sayin. Super accurate, lightning quick release. Idk if I can get past the limited traits tho. If he can add a little mobility or play creation I might be willing to forget about the limited traits
Jordan Reid@Jordan_Reid

• Julian Sayin, Ohio State • LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina These were the two QBs that had the most polarizing opinions among scouts that I’ve spoken with this summer. Full Read: espn.com/nfl/draft2027/…
