Breaking the rules isn’t cheating. Players break the rules on the pitch every weekend. It’s not cheating. Chelsea failed to declare payments, payments that would’ve been completely legal had they declared them. No sporting advantage was gained here.

@TheBlueDodger Because we're an embarrassment under Rosenior of late. v Villa, there was a plan but v NUFC there was nothing like the home leg v PSG. Seeing Joao Pedro countless times take years on the ball, then seeing him- who is on the "level of Haaland" dropped into midfield spoke volumes.
