@sambrazy I think we should have more players who have good shooting technique. Constant passing sideways and backwards makes players forget this. Only Reece, caicedo, palmer and George shoot like this in our squad. Enzo is too slow, garneto wayward, gittens estevao santos not confident

Interesting thing to not as well that Rosenior's 10s also get lots of 1v1s as they make Seam runs when the wingers drop deep so they will be 1v1 with their markers. Palmer will love this. However, Enzo can but wouldn't like Joao Pedro and Palmer would and Estevao as well would.
Palmer and Joao Pedro are the more true hole players in the team, Buananotte too, Estevao can play as well. Then Enzo I feel he might be used deeper. Maybe csuse of that Buan could be played more? Idk

On Enzo Fernandes, it will be interesting how Rosenior sees him. Wil he play as a 2nd 10 or deeper in the pivot. With the way he he used Barco and Santos to still roam around whilst being in the pivot first and foremost. It looks like that could be how he uses him or if he wants more protection in the midfield like I'm sure he will see, he might pair Santos with Caicedo and Enzo as a midfield 3. He has his style and principles but hes flexible so Im sure we will see that with Enzo cause he will want his on ball qualities, passes long switches massively to knit play

The main issue with Chelsea is their recruitment. They are constantly refreshing the project with raw talent buys (? to flip for profit later) instead of building the squad progressively by A) filling squad holes or B) buying game-changing talents. Guehi and Osimhen window last summer as an example moves mountains in two big squad holes as two game-changers. They instead opted for Gittens, Garnacho & Delap - 2 LWs when the wings were well stocked and an average ceiling, raw striker. There was no progression from letting Jackson, Sancho & Madueke leave to that window. Any coach’s hands would be tied with this squad not just Maresca’s.
