Enough is Enough!!! We won't be winning the league anytime soon and here's one reason nobody is really talking about... Chelsea haven't won the league for quite some time now and that's down to us having too many "boogey teams" all in one season. We always focus on the big games, but let's be honest, we don't even dominate those anymore. Against Man Utd, Arsenal, Man City, and Liverpool, it's always a struggle. We only get to beat Tottenham and sadly Barcelona plays in the Spanish League. But here's the bigger issue… The smaller teams we keep dropping points to every single season: • Everton. • Leeds United. • Bournemouth. • Brighton. • Newcastle United. • Fulham. • Sunderland. Every season, it's the same script. We either drop points at home or away. Sometimes both. Now when you add it up, that's easily 10-15 points gone just like that. And this is not even the case of "a bad day at the office" anymore because it's already becoming a pattern. You don't win league titles by being selective with performances. You win leagues by being ruthless...especially against teams you're expected to beat. You can't pick and choose when to be serious and expect to win a 38-game league. Not possible. Until we start treating these fixtures like must win games instead of routine matchdays, the gap between us and those at the top will always remain. Why? Because titles aren't lost at the Etihad or Anfield… They’re lost at Elland Road, Villa Park, Vitality Stadium and random away stadia you thought were venues to farm free 3 points. Enough is Enough!!!
