FF/EMT Michael Altman of Truck Co. 47 was injured yesterday while fighting a residential fire in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Today, FF/EMT Altman succumbed to his injuries. We are asking for prayers for the entire Altman family & the CFD family during this trying time.

The 2-11 on 104th & Ave has been struck out. There were no civilian injuries; 1 FF was transported green. While the home sustained severe damage, not all was lost. A pet turtle was retrieved and returned to the family. The cause is under investigation; no further info.
