Bit of both. Staff wasn’t very high on some. Let many walk. Players knew it or had frustrations for other reasons and wanted out. Feel staff misjudged ability to replace many that left with better players. Ended up replacing them with similar caliber guys, unproven players but offer potential and upside that require development. Feels a bit like a lateral move overall. Not so much about scheme.

I really want the real intel on what actually happened with the OL room. Did we sit down and decide to remodel the room at the end of the season, or did the players not gel with the scheme, system, and OL coach, forcing us to change out the entire OL room? #RollTide
